My xPrinter doesn't print. What should I do?

Answer by Sean Hill

Your xPrinter needs the correct driver installed in order to work properly. If Driver Support doesn't have the necessary drivers, then I recommend to manually install them.

Look on the printer to identify the correct mode, then load Google and type xPrinter MODEL_NAME to locate the drivers. You'll most likely have an installer. Double click to install it and make sure that the cable is connected between your printer and PC.

Additionally, check the driver installation in Device Manager accessible with the following command: Windows key + R > devmgmt.msc

I need to know how much does it cost before I install it. Can you help?

Driver Support is a shareware application that can be tested free of charge by downloading and installing its trial version. The price for the full version of the software will be around $29.95 for 1-year subscription. I recommend contacting the developers for further details.
